A group of young Palestinians who are in Iran for medical treatment after being wounded in clashes with Israeli troops, arrive to attend an international conference on the Palestinian 'uprising' in Tehran, Wednesday April 25, 2001. Radical Palestinian groups at the anti-Israeli conference in Tehran said Wednesday they have received the backing of Muslim nations to continue the uprising against Israel. An organizer said that more than 30 nations attending the two-day conference were expected to sign a draft declaration Wednesday that calls "for full support of the intefadeh until the expulsion of occupiers from occupied Palestinian land and the liberation of Palestine."
