Mock hangings for this group of Iranian demonstrators, during a protest they staged in Genoa, Italy, Thursday, July 19 2001. A group of about 1,000 Iranian supporters of the Mojahedin Khalq Organization gathered in Genoa on the eve of the Group of Eight summit in this port city, demanding for a boycott of the West's blossoming business with their country. They also staged mock stonings they said were still going on in Iran.
