
Mulu Abdula, a founding member of the Muslim rebel Abu Sayyaf group whose
nickname is "Boy Iran", stands handcuffed with Philippine armed

23, 2001. Abdula was arrested in Zamboanga on Friday after authorities had
sought his capture for suspected involvement in kidnapping, bombings and
robberies. The Abu Sayyaf rebels are still holding dozens of Filipino hostages
and at least two Americans.
