Princess Soraya Esfandiari Bakhtiari, the second wife of the former Shah of Iran, is seen in this June 9, 1991 file photo. Soraya has died in Paris Thursday Oct. 25, 2001. She was 69. She married Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi 50 years ago.
