 Space Imaging's high-resolution Ikonos satellite took this image of an American flag made of flowers on Sunday, June 30, 2002. Thefloral flag located in Lompoc, Calif., was planted by Bodger Seeds Ltd, as a patriotic gesture in response tothe attacks on America. The 6.5-acre flag measures 740by 390 feet.
