
Director Reza Badiyi reaches a Directors Guild of America milestone this week (October
2002) in helming his 400th episodic TV project: an edition of the Sci-Fi Channel
(formerly Fox) drama "Sliders." No director has ever worked as many hours
of TV as Badiyi, according to the DGA. Badiyi's previous small-screen work includes
segs of "Baywatch," "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine," "Knots
Landing," "Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman" and "Buffy, the Vampire
Slayer."
