 Results of an Internet poll conducted by gozar.org on February 10 and 11, 2003: 81.8 percent voted against the Islamic Republic, 18.9 percent (total is 100.7 percent!). Student groups as well as some politicians inside and outside Iran have called for a national referrendum to underscore the unpopularity of the current theocracy and demand democracy.
