The beautiful Azadeh Ommanian will be our Iranian of the day until eternity for having been a sweet, kind and compassionate being during her short life. A drunk driver going the wrong way on Monday, November 14, 2005 killed her instantly (he is in the hospital).

I saw her was on October 1st and told her that I was the old, fat and mean Dokhtarabadani and she was the young, beautiful and sweet one. She brought laughter and joy to everyone beaus her favorite expression was "life is too short".

She loved Iran and had often said that she wanted to marry a Pesar Abadani. She had planned to go to Iran in December. Well, this angel's wish which was be among her people has come through. Her body was flown to Iran to be buried there.

I pray to God that no family ever experiences the tragedy of losing a young life and I also hope that everyone visits and supports MADD (Mothers against drunk Drivers) an organization that fights to get drunks off the road by pushing for tougher laws. Thanks to them for the few ones we have because we all know the Liquor selling companies really do not care about who gets killed >>> See
