New Iranian bakery's distinctly flavored goodies are a rare treat

Minoo Bakery owners Ezzat, left, and Nashmel Ghaderi display some Iranian sweets offered at their new Lake City shop. Intense flavors, such as pistachio, rose water and cardamom, are typical in Iranian baked goods. "We didn't have anything like this in Washington, especially in Seattle," says Ezzat Ghaderi.
