Blondie

Mohammd Beheshti, is the former head of the Farabi Cinema Foundation and current head of the Cultural Heritage Organization. He lost all his body hair at a young age due to cancer (?). He's worn his wig so often that it has faded into blond. At least that's his story. -- Jahanshah Javid
