Bee-shileh-pileh

When somone is unpretentious or modestly dressed, we say so and so is "bee-shileh-pileh". Where does this expression come from? Are "shileh" and "pileh" made up words or do they have meaning?

Also Joe Gazor wrote: "Shileh-Pileh" is a phrase that butchers use to explain that their meat is lean, with no "Shileh or Pileh", which are the extra fat and skin removed and thrown away.

The person who wins the most number of daily quizes in a month will be awarded a book valued at up to $50 from Mage Publishers and their name will be enshrined in the Column of Champions! Second-place winner will receive the comic book "Rostam tales from the Shahnameh".
