Ali Yeganeh's International Soup Kitchen in New York City was the inspiration for th famous "Soup Nazi" episode of Seinfeld TV show (November 1995). The soup stand on the show is a near-exact replica of Yeganeh’s takeout establishment, Soup Kitchen International, on 55th Street between Eighth Avenue and Broadway.
