Hand signals

In recent student demonstrations in Iran, protesters have made this sign with their hand. What does it mean?
"Boz Gurt" (Grey wolf in Azeri Turkish) symbolizes Azeri pride. BozGurtlar (Grey wolves) are named after a legendary wolf that led captive Turks to freedom.
