I have received two emails from Iran and one from France in Farsi identifying Parvin Husseini, which I already knew before. But, I received an email from a man in USA in English asking, "Why do I hate Muslim women so much?" I was dumbfunded. What have I done that he, or others think I hate Muslim women? Then it occurred to me, people in Iran know who she is, but there are people elsewhere who do not know who this IRI club-wielding symbol of women oppression is. So from now on I am going to include her name in any photo paintings I do of her.
