LONDON, Aug 27 (Reuters) - Oil markets were slightly firmer on Friday before a Saturday meeting in Caracas between the three exporting countries which engineered this year's sharp revival in prices. TEHRAN, Aug 8 (AFP) - Some 30,000 major development projects in Iran risk being abandoned because state banks have failed to allocate the necessary funds, a conservative newspaper said here Sunday.
