finds itself master again of the global energy market. How long can it

LONDON, Sept 21 (Reuters) - Oil prices dipped on Tuesday in a bout of
profit-taking but fundamentals were still seen positive as OPEC ministers
gathered in Vienna for a meeting to review the impact of their output curbs
