CARACAS, Feb 18 (Reuters) - Oil exporters Venezuela and Mexico appeared to heed the United States' call for more oil Friday, as cracks appeared in OPEC's resolve to stick to the quotas which have sent prices to nine-year highs. * Crude oil still to reach its "real value": Iran minister

BANGKOK, Feb 15 (AFP) - Iran believes crude oil has yet to reach its "real value" despite prices running at a nine-year high, Iran's Commerce Minister Mohammad Shariatmadari said at UN trade talks here Tuesday.
