Transport and trade in oil and gas top ECO summit agenda
TEHRAN, June 9 (AFP) - The Economic Cooperation Organisation (ECO) summit
which starts here Saturday is expected to come up with a framework agreement
on "means of transport and exchange of energy resources" between
member countries, the IRNA news agency reported Friday. "We have
prepared a framework agreement which sets out means of transport and exchange
of energy resources between the member states of the ECO," Iranian

US official sees no early end to Iran oil sanctions
NICE, France (Reuters) - A U.S. energy official said on Thursday Washington
was unlikely to end oil sanctions against Iran soon because of political
differences between the two countries. ``There are encouraging signs where
we have lifted sanctions on particular commodities such as pistachios and

Iranian imports up 10% -Report
