Russia to scrap Iran arms pact with Gore
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States will consider sanctions againstRussia
if it cannot talk Moscow out of resuming conventional arms sales to Iranfrom

BEIJING (AP) - China promised Tuesday not to sell missiles or components
to countries developing nuclear weapons, easing tensions with Washington
over long-suspected Chinese assistance to Pakistan, Iran and North Korea.

Hijackers wanted to undermine OIC summit: militia chief
