by O. on Tue Mar 02, 2010 02:02 AM PSTif Mehran needs any FagHags,
I am so beyond available!
Call Me Mehran!
Love you!
I have seen him in person. He is funnier than this!
by Anonymouse on Thu Dec 24, 2009 10:32 AM PSTI saw him in a Maz Jobrani comedy show where he was one of the 6 or 7 comedians. He was very funny and rocked the house! He had a routine where he'd talk about watching Ahmadi saying we we don't have gays in Iran and went on to say more about his immediate reaction.
My favorite part was when he went on to give a one to one translation of the word gay or homo in Farsi. He said for a country that does not have gays we sure have a lot of names to call them! He'd use a lot of hand gestures like dishing out when he translated these words;
Kooni = assy as an extension or sir family name
Kondeh = gives ass
Koon kesh = drags ass or weighs ass
Ham jens baz = same sex player like a music player or saxiphone player
I can't remember of other names we use for gays but I think he had 1 or 2 more.
Everything is sacred.
Thank You Tabriz!
by O. on Thu Dec 24, 2009 02:09 AM PSTI do also have many people in my family who are 'mythical creatures' . .
We are a very gay friendly family and a very gay family at that!
Oh, yes, it can be done!
Mehran is funny, cute and yes he does remind me of Jack from 'Will and Grace'.
I like Mehran's style, his quick answering back to the heckler and then using that guy to his advantage.
'What would you be without your hair?!'
I love that!
I like how he uses Iranianness but it is not the only thing in his act, it is part of him but not the entirety of his identity.
I would like to see Mehran in a Ricky Gervias production of some sort, be it film or TV. I think Mehran would shine brightley in something like that.
I am not related to him, but nevertheless I am so proud of him and wish him great success.
Awesome

Humor & tolerance
by Jahanshah Javid on Wed Dec 23, 2009 09:18 AM PSTYou are a funny comedian and you have a great future ahead of you. Hope to see you on Comedy Central soon!
You are breaking taboos in American and Iranian mindsets. Your humor will bring more tolerance and acceptance of homosexuals, excluding the Ahmadinejad types out there.
All the power to you Mehran.
