Press TV: A leading Iranian cleric has warned against moves leading to the creation of disorder in the country and called on all Iranians to exercise calm. "Do not cause tension. You should keep calm," said Tehran's Interim Friday Prayers Leader Ayatollah Mohammad Emami-Kashani, addressing those who disturbed peace in the country. He pointed to post-election events in Iran and said, "Such incidents take place in every part of the world…. After [Iran's June presidential election] some people carried out inappropriate acts and chanted slogans." >>>

I don`t find those chants ugly but I do find him and all of those people sitting there and listening to his "arajeef". What a shame? I hope the IR(islamic republic) is just a bad dream in our great history. these people are against our culture our identity and our intagrity. they are serving the interest of some shiaites in Lebenon or Palestine but the hell with Iranian people and their culture and their believes!

Shame on all those people that go to the friday prayers. I don1t bliev in any hell or heaven, but if it is true I hope u end up in hell.

I think a civil war to remove this regime will result in millions more dead, but a joint strike surgical attack, will not only move the regime, but will in the process cleanse the 100 or so thousand basij and pasdar who would otherwise cause problems for the new democratic Iran.

The Islamic regime will collapse on its feet and momentum before 2011. Hypothetically though, if Iran must go through a civil war to get rid of Islamist parasites, let it be! The continuation of current political system by these reactionary buffoons in power will only bring further destruction and utter poverty to Iran and Iranians anyway.

He should revise and think about the people. The Islamic Republic must service the people not the other way around. However, I am not sure that there are any real options for Iran but the Islamic Republic, the milder version.
