Poetry of Iranian Women

Samples

Sheema Kalbasi has just released an anthology of poetry by Iranian women. Some have written in English, some in Persian (and been translated into English). I have read three poems here -- "New York", by Laleh Khalili; "Matrimony" by Farideh Hassanzadeh, and "Entre Nous" by Samira Mohyeddin.

the selection fits, the choiceis comfortable. The "IRANIAN" clicker would feel uncomfortable if the poems -for example - of PARVIN EETTESSAMI were presented. Greeting

Nice selection, thank you GS

I ordered this anthology few days ago and can't wait to read it! For me it's a better experience to read poetry than listen to it.
