You are misreading this.   First of all it crushes both sides of IRI, the Reformists and the Hardliners.   It also bashes the opportunits in LA who are making $$ out of Iranian Nationalism.    The only thing missing is a character based on our so called leftist-Intellectuals....who are still stuck with CheGuara and wondering how the 1978 revolution was stolen from them!!!

۱-مکالمه بین آنان بسیار ضعیف بود.

Who are they?

Payam Fazleh Nejad:  Is Paym Fazlinejad.  He is the young blogger/journalist who betrayed his friends in 2003 by helping Saeed Mortazavi interrogate them, build a case against them,and torture them.  He later joined Hossein Shariatmadari's Kayhan and wrote books and articles "exposing" intellectuals and prominent cultural and political figures.

I think the lady in green is Zahra Shojaie, Mousavi's wife.

This is very funny.  I think the best character is K. Kabiri from Los Angeles.

Mobarak seems to be all iranian people stuck between these choices who keep labeling and threatening him and thinks they'll never let him be in charge of Iran.  I think the lady is candidate Mosoomi's wife with her flowered hejab and green dress. n'est-ce pas?
