Here are some ideas
by MRX1 on Tue Apr 27, 2010 07:52 AM PDTThanks to IRR mimanagement, nearly half of the population of Iran lives in poverty or close to poverty, so cutting subsidies will hurt people beyond measure. if the objective is to ballance budget and save money, here are some ideas:
1) No money to Gaza, palestine, syria, lebonon, latin america or any other plaes on the map that we can't find. Charity starts at home.
2) Stop spending zillions on worn out old soviet and chinese militery hardware. This includes the TU commercial planes that fall from the sky on a weekly basis.
3) Stop spending billions on filthy soviet era reactor which down the road will destroy the enviornment in south of Iran and accross gulf with no name for thousend years to come.
4) IRG and aghazadeh and mullah's should reduce their share of money they steal from treasurey to may be 50%, that will leave another 50% to spend on the people.

by divaneh on Mon Apr 26, 2010 04:15 PM PDTmake you respect the Majlis. It's amazing that there is something in that room that brings out the Iranian in the people. I heard stories about the early majlis at the time of Ghajar and Reza Shah where againt all expectations the members of the parliament stood for the country's best interest.
