something like  Isa Sahrakhiz vs Nokia+Islamic Regime?

Some may not know who he is.   This lawsuite has huge global ramifications.   It introduces human rights into the realm of global trade.

If the West does not want Nukes at the hands of Islamic Regime, because it threatens them, how can then they provide evesdropping technology, to the same regime which will be used to spy on our people and threaten our peoples lives?

This should be really a case of, people of Iran vs Nokia Siemens. 

Right move. Step it up.

I applaud this decision by Sarkhiz and his lawyers. At the very least it will shame Nokia-Siemens for their questionable dealings with the IRI.

This is the kind of responsible, pro-active citizen action we need. We must take advantage of all legal avenues to challenge the regime itself for its crimes against humanity.

I'm surprised that there has yet to emerge within the Iranian diaspora a team of human rights lawyers who would take Iranian officials to the International Court of Justice or EU courts for specific crimes.

Our response outside Iran to this lawsuit has been pathetic

Nokias lame excuse:

" It is true that all modern mobile communications networks include a
lawful interception capability; this capability became a standard
feature at the insistence of the United States and European nations.
These countries needed the capability for law enforcement reasons that
are common throughout the world. It is unrealistic to demand, as the
Saharkhiz lawsuit does, that wireless communications systems based on
global technology standards be sold without that capability."

Why is it unrealistic, not to give a product to a barbaric regime that will use it to intercpet calls/content and locate and pesecute/tortue/rape the people for their political disagreement?

Can we start a campaign to put added pressure on Nokia, or the next corporation who would want to sell this stuff to Islamic Regime?  Nokia seems to be the best target.

Not only he sues Nokia-Siemens , he has also send Lola,

Below signatories, Unionist and members of labor syndicates of Iran, who are in prison because of  their mobilization and activities in defense of labor rights and demand for better working conditions, send the Brazilian nation and your kind self their deepest regards .
We are aware and proud of your past activities and struggles for the improvement of light for the Brazilian masses, specially advancement of labor rights and conditions . Your activities as the leader of the shoe makers syndicate, In coordination with other Brazilian workers federations in support of universal human rights declaration and international workers rights, are widely  acknowledged within the Iranian workers syndicates, and the oppressed labor movement in Iran.
We have recently learned that your excellency has taken a moral and human step to save an Iranian mother on the death raw . This gesture has touched  millions of Iranian men and women, And once again has made the Iran unionists very proud of the you .
As a friend of the Iranian nation and the government of Iran, You are able and capable to assert pressure on the Iranian officials to either forgive the Iranian death row mother, or to accept your offer of political asylum to her .
On the other hand, many more Iranian prisoners, who are innocent labor activists, Union and syndicate members, are serving time in Iranian prisons, Their only crime is their desire to strengthen the union movement in Iran in support of justice for labor.
They, as well, look upon you to use your influence to free them from prison .
These prisoners are members of the international labor organization and other international organization, such as W. F. T. V. and I. T. U. C., Human rights activities and journalists . Members of the International Journalists Federation and Reporters Without Frontiers, Teachers belonging to the International Education and Teachers Federation, And  members of International Transportation Federation .
The signatories of the open letter, who are spending unjust prison terms, look upon your solidarity and sincere efforts towards their request .
Last, but not least, we request from you to kindly give our heart warm regards to the hard working people of Brazil, And we hope the solidarity of our two nations serve the interests of global peace and prosperity for all .
