he says "the leaders of demonstrations are truly guilty."  this, of course, is before any trial has taken place.  fair enough.  we knew verdicts are known before political trials take place in iran.  why don't they just go and hang these sons of bitches then.  talk is cheap.

or could it be that the regime wants to portray these guys as important leaders of opposition and would do anything that no harm will come to them.  they'll just torture and kill whoever that follows these guys.  reminds me of the gerdab site: mousavi and karoubi's job is to identify the opposition so that the gov't can deal with them.
