Hopefully someday in Iran ALL woman can excercise their choice and not forced to live by rules of certain group and therefore be happy. By the way that is called: Freedom of choice!

سر آغاز
برابری جنسیتی: ما مردم ایران، مرد و زن، برابر هستیم و حقوق برابر داریم. دولت مردمی ما تمام امنیت و تضمین لازم برای اطمینان از اجرا و اعمال کامل برابری جنسیتی را ارائه میکند
فصل اول - اصول کلی
ماده ۲ (۱۰) برابری کامل جنسیتی بدون استثنا
فصل سوم حقوق مردم
ماده ۱۴ تمام مردم ایران از هر گروه قوم، فرهنگ یا قبیلهای که باشند از حقوق برابر برخوردارند. رنگ، نژاد، زبان، مذهب، فرهنگ، جنسیت، ترجیح جنسی و امثالهم به هیچ کسی مزیت خاصی نمیدهد و از او نمیگیرد
ماده ۱۵ تمام شهروندان کشور، مرد و زن، به یک میزان از حفاظت قانون برخوردارند و به یک میزان از تمام حقوق انسانی، سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، مذهبی و فرهنگی درون محدوده قانون اساسی برخوردارند
ماده ۱۶ دولت باید از حقوق زنان در تمامی جوانب اطمینان کسب کند و به اهداف زیر برسد
حفاظت و تشویق حقوق برابر با مردان در تمامی نواحی فردی، خانوادگی، اجتماعی و دولتی
حفاظت از مادرها در زمان بارداری و حضانت فرزند و حفاظت از کودکان و حقوق آنها
برپایی دادگاه برای محافظت و حفظ خانواده و حقوق قانونی هر دو نفر والدین
