Your arguments - as a Divaneh - carries more rationality and logic than our "sane" muslim hamvatans here and back home.

woman = married man. 

even in his twisted logic we get to the fact that man equals woman. 

A scenario made of the twisted logic. if a married woman and her unmarried brother get inheritance then they should be treated as opposite. The married female equals single man and unmarried man equals married.

also they are first thought to be given the same inheritance but then when god sees that one of them is single then automatically he gets twice as much as the married one.

New theory of relativity

This should be hailed as Iranian's own claim on relativity. As he said "een masaleh besyaar daghigh ast". A cat is not smaller than a horse, it's the horse that is bigger than the cat. Otherwise they are both the same size. It is called theory of Islamic ratio enhanced relative equality with the ratio of 1/2 for women.

I also wonder, do women pay half when it comes to Khoms and Zakaat or are they equal to men with the relativity ratio of 1/1?

Let us be honest

Men have more responsibilties than women.  Men are expected to care for their wife and children, i.e. pay the expenses.  Given that reality, why shouldn't men be entitled to more inheritance than women?

Women may not have had voting and inheritance rights in the early 20th Century US but that does not mean that its OK for it to happen in Iran in the 21st Century.  It was wrong back then and it is still wrong today.

This sharia that you are so keen to defend may have been suitable in Arabistan 1400 years ago; but like all the laws and ideology of this backward regime it has no place in the 21st Century anywhere on this planet, be it Iran or Arabistan.  This islamist ideology is doomed to fail and the sooner the better.  Good riddance!

Up until recent times, this formula was actually quite generous. In the United States, for example, women had no inheritance rights whatsoever right into the first quarter of the 20th century. All of the major rights now enjoyed by American (including the right to vote in an election) have all taken place within the ongoing lifetime of my 102 year old grandfather. 

What's my point? My point is, things change. And applying today's standard in one place, is highly unrealistic in applying it to another.
