Avesta is full of meticulous instructions about treatment of pets and domestic animals, especially "house dogs and guard (shepherd) dogs".

Everything in islam is copied either from Judaism or from Zaraostrian religion. No Arab all those 1450 years ago (let alone today) had slightest idea about animal welfare. What do you expect from barbarians who buried their own daughters alive!  Their treatment of slaves was not any better, now they talk about insulting animals??!!  Their "Ayatol-Sheytaans" have clear instructios about what to do with domestic animals after having rooted them! Is the meat halal? can you sell it in your own village or shall you take it to another village... These bastard have short memories..
