Iranians Betrayed The Shah and look at what they accomplished

by amirparvizforsecularmonarchy on

31 years and counting that the Shahs son has been calling for a democratic solution for Iran, yet no serious power has supported that vision in any way, except to create a green movement to replace one group of fundamentalists with another.

Iranian or Persians who made the country great are rolling in ther
graves at this generation and their niave hope for the creation of a democratic
republic, blaming all of irans flaws on the one thing that made iran
great, the monarchy.

As if a cosmetic change in the government would remove the flaws of the iranian people and give them a new character.

Shah was truly Aryamehr, light for noble people, and I think he showed
Iranianias that are noble clearly what they could accomplish as a
secular monarchy, for themselves and the world.

Iran is clearly not yet capable of being more free and democratic than
when shah governed iran.  Dreams are fine, Ideals are important, but we need to keep at least
one foot on the ground if we don't want to fall hard again.

Death to stupid intellectuals and the wests policies against Irans Monarchy in favor of Fundamentalism.

"answering the question to the minimum and as if it was rehearsed". Council of Foreign Relations is not exactly known for its spontaneity. Some have actually argued the exact opposite, considering CFR as the single most important instrument of American foreign policy, or somethign like that, cheers

Peculiar interview!!!!!

by Bavafa on

Is it me or does it feel like answering the question to the minimum and as if it was rehearsed.

Either way, I admire this lady much like so many other Iranian women who have been bravely fighting for human rights and equality for women in Iran.
