Only on IC could an Armschair obtuse monarchist so easily dismiss the sweat, blood, and toil of our best and brightest. As far as your qeury into who brought mullahs to power, not to sound shortfuse or anything like that,but please recall, for the Nth time:

-It was your pho..ing Savak that worked hand in hand with Hojatieh.

-It was you pho..ing " Sepah Dien" as part of 'white revolution,

-It was your pho..ing relentless incarcerration, exile, torture and execution of all BUT mullahs that gave them a free hand.

-Did we mention all those pho..ing Hossaineih, Mahdieh, Masjid, that were given a free reign.

For once in your life, put the blame on blamee, your ilk. But in your case it rather seems to:

It's a real shame....

That you do not possess a fraction of intelligence , courage and patriotism of these young Iranians who are putting their lives on the line for their country. Because if you did, you would not come up with non sense like this.

The Intellect, intelligence.. or ease of manipulation.

Wasn't it students who brought us this fascist, tyrannical dictatorship?

They are living in a dictatorship and will surely fail as soon as the whips, batons, bullets and prisons come into use.

Hopefully they listen to the message of the young shah for the last 31 years asking for support from the west to bring a free and fair democratic process to iran, so all people can make a choice. 

As the west puts its support behind islamic fundamentalists, slowly but surely, that way, your so called youthful intellect and intelligence will meet reality and will discover that the west does not want freedom or human rights for iranians like they existed in the 1970's in Irans Monarchy or even democracy.

When they start chanting shah, shah, iran, shah we can say they will have truly learned the lesson of their parents mistakes.

Until then, we will have to watch the pointless blood spilling that results from people protesting because they do not yet know how to think or solve their own problems.

Who have been the true vanguards of Iranian freedom and democracy movement, a thorne in the side of every single dictator who has ruled our land. The intellect, intelligence and youth of these best children of Iran puts them at direct path of conflict with this medieaval  and criminaly fascist ideology of the political islam and it's manifestation, the islamist regime.
