Never since Joseph Goebbels has there been propaganda so cynical and manipulative. This is obviously an attempt to deflect attention away from the Urumiyeh protests and stick two fingers at the Azari Ianians who have a legitimate grievance.  

 The legacy of Ayatoilet Khomeini for the Azari people can now be found in Lake Urumiyeh. 

The shamelessness of this evil regime is gobsmaking.

At some point, at the climax of his mid-summer wet dreams, HIM the Rahbar must've pictured himself glancing over the balcony at the secret admirers, who'd gathered from all over his global Caliphate, fighting each other to serenade him in their native tongues...! And now, elections, inflation, unemloyment, sanctions, infighting, environment, satellite, internet...??! He must be thinking, "couldn't I just go back to sleep?!"
