You are what we call in Farsi a "Khali Band". You have no answers just one personal insult after another because you have run out of arguments.

By the way, the legislation you referred me to barred any employee of the US federal government from advocating a political assassination. I'm not an employee.

So if a high profile politician such as Sarah Palin can ask for Julian Assange to be hunted down and murdered like an Ak-Qaida Terrorist - a statement which I abhore and think she should be prosecuted for then I believe I can quite justifiably ask that the Islamic Republic of Iran a state which the US State Department confirms as being Terrorists should be destroyed and its terrorist leaders to be killed.

Suit yourself, boss

by BaronAvak on

Assange and Bin Laden are not foreign government officials.  Iranian political leaders are.   Anyway, I'm sure whomever is funding your fake profile disinformation campaign here will also happily fund your legal defense.

Simorgh5555

So fine. Sue me.

by Simorgh5555 on

Not if you sponsor Terrorism. Hell, even calls for the poor Wikileaks founder Julian Assange have been made in the US.

 //www.msnbc.msn.com/id/40467957/ns/us_news-wikileaks_in_security/t/assange-lawyer-condemns-calls-assassination-wikileaks-founder/

Baron - This is a War on Terror. You are either part of the problem or the solution as former President Bush said. I ask that in the same way Osama Bin Laden was assassinated by the US government the same to be done for terrorists in the Islamic Republic.

BaronAvak

Simorgh555 the teghoghist

by BaronAvak on

You have openly advocated political assassination of foreign leaders.  That is advocating a violation of U.S. Federal law.

Executive Order 11905 , Section 5(g), entitled "Prohibition on Assassination," states: "No employee of the United States Government shall engage in, or conspire to engage in, political assassination."

Since 1976, every U.S. president has upheld President Ford's prohibition on assassinations.

In 1981, President Reagan, through Executive Order 12333, reiterated the assassination prohibition. Reagan was the last president to address the topic of political assassination. Because no subsequent executive order or piece of legislation has repealed the prohibition, it remains in effect.

I hope this helps.

Pendare Nik

by Simorgh5555 on

I am asking for the US government to take action by carrying out surgical strikes or establishing a liberation army. Since the United States has embarked on a war of terror and together with its ally Israel carry out surgical strikes against perceived terrorists as well as target assassinations of individuals who encite and orchestrate violence.

Hezbollah is a Foreign Terrorist Organization as stated by the US Department of State and the Islamic Republic of Iran is government which also sponsors Terrorism.

 //www.state.gov/s/ct/rls/rpt/fto/2801.htm

According to the State Department the Terrorist regime occupying Iran has also been implicated in sponsoring other terrorist groups such as  AIG, Al-Jama'ah al-Islamiyah al-Musallah to name but a few

By advocating the killing of Basij and Revolutionary Guards I am merely rendering an opinion on how best the United States can act in the mutual interest of herself and freedom seeking secular Iranians.

Basij, Revolutionary Guards as well as the Spiritual Leaders are all proponents of Hezbollah and this is a sentiment shared by all mainstream US politicians.

The aforementioned Terrorist criminals also have writs served against them by other state jurisdictions as well as the International Criminal Court in the Hague.

What I am advocating on this website is no worse than Senator McCain's rather bombastic and indiscriinate carpet bombing of Iran for which he has not been prosecuted under Federal Law

 //www.youtube.com/watch?v=o-zoPgv_nYg

So if I stand accused then I will gladly accompany Senator McCain and the thousands of Americans who cheered on the extra-judicial kiiling of Osama Bin Laden in Time Square which was justified but nevertheless untenebale under international law.

Thank you for your concern Pendare Nik and may I wish for more target assassinations of terrorists in the future.

Not buying it, "Simorgh555" / "Fred" / "Roozbeh_Gilani."

Let's see - Simorgh555 supports bombing Iran, delisting the MKO, calls Kurd terrorist seperatists freedom fighters, says Persian is "the language of terrorists," defends the terrorist who killed an Iranian civilian university professor, and now openly advocates even more teghoghist actions, behind the guise of wanting peaceful democracy!(?!?!?!?!) The Israeli foreign ministry couldn't have said it better themselves.

"Simorgh555" / "Fred" / "Roozbeh_Gilani" are anti-Iranian provacateurs and disinformation peddlers who seek nothing more than the destruction, seperation, and/or violent destabilization of Iran.  It's not going to khappen, my fkhend.

I'm not Israeli or Jewish and I often enjoy Jewish jokes as do many Jews themselves. You are just not funny. That's all. Take my comment how you like it.

I did not state that I support the MEK and you will be hard pressed to find a single post where I have said anything of the kind.

I make a distinction between blowing up and killingThe Spiritual Leader, the IR President, Shoraye Negabhan, Basij,Revolutionary Guards, judges and frankly the entire cabinet of Present Ahmadinejad. To blow up these people will be a supreme and most noble act of patriotism an Iranian can carry out.

I sincerely at the bottom of my heart wish that each and every person in the cateogory I just mentioned are obliterated into a thousand pieces.

Perhaps just one hundred thousand dollars given to Somalia could be re-diverted to save the Lake as a matter of emergency.   1 billion dollars! What a farce!

From Peyvand News

by Simorgh5555 on

 //www.payvand.com/news/11/aug/1248.html

"Iran's parliament recently voted against allocating funds to channel water from the Araz River to raise the level of the lake. Instead, they proposed relocating Azerbaijanis living around Lake Urmia."

I'll ask the question again. What is the IR Terror Regime occupying Iran doing to save Lake Urumiyeh from destruction?

  Thousands of Azerbaijani fans chanted "Lake Urmia is dying, the Majlis orders its execution" during the match.

There is nothing reported that the protesters were chanting pro-separatist and anti-Iranian slogans.

Uers such as Boos Boos and Baron Avok are looking to blame Israel for the public outcry rather than the failed policies of the IR Terror Regime which doesn't see Lake Urumiyeh as important as South Lebanon

Simorgh5555

Boos Boos Jan Don't change the subject

by Simorgh5555 on

Don't let your mouth write a cheque which your ass can't cash show me the source please?

Show me the source please where the IR has 'earmarked' over 1 blllion US dollars for Lake Urumiyeh. As soon as a drought hits Somalia the IR has $20 million US to hand over as humanitarian aid. As soon as Israeli rockets land on South Lebanon destroying houses and schools the IR makes available $300 million immediately for its restruction.

However, this precious lake which has been the Apple of Iran's Eye has been wasting away for years partly  through natural causes as well as wanton neglect by the IR Terror Regime.

It looks likes Boos Boos's copy and paste skills have dried up like Lake Urumiyeh. LOL

by Simorgh5555 on

Please could you indicate the source where the IR Terror regime has 'earmarked' (Lake Urumiyeh has been drying up for years and the IR Terror regime hasn't spent a penny yet) 1.7 billion?
The protesters in Tabriz living around Urumieh do not want to be relocated but want water from a nearby river to be chanelled into Lake Urumiyeh to replenish it.
What has the Terror Regime, for which you make infinite excuses for its terrorising of the Iranian landscape and national heritage done for Lake Urumyeh up to now?
Show me the source. You are good at copy and pasting. Show me.

You're a complete dishonest war monger Simorgh5555

by BoosBoos on

Iran has earmarked 1.7 billion dollars to raise the water level in the lake.  You've made it clear through your own remarks that you want a military invasion of Iran based on this issue.  These are facts. And now you're typing up all this nonsense at Tel Aviv time. It's common knowledge this site is filtered in Iran -- your usual time for posting gives you away.

Simorgh5555

Baron Avak - prove my point, why don't you?

by Simorgh5555 on

Which is exactly what I hae been saying the threat of Pan- Turkist or Azari Separatism has only been created in the minds of the Islamic Republic who try to pin this on Israel.

Iran is 24% Azari and another 25 percent of Iranians are Azari speaking or derive from Azari roots. There is no pan Turkist threat. There is no Azari violent resistance movement. If Israel is so powerful then it would at least have caused one anti-Fars riot or violent atrocity. It hasn't. This is a fiction in your head.

First of all, "Azaris" are

by BaronAvak on First of all, "Azaris" are not Turks.  They are bi-langual Iranians, who speak Persian, as well as a language referred to as "Azari", which is itself a Persian-Turkish hybrid which has only been the langauge of the area for a few hundred years.

------------------------------- The other thing people with these views are trying to do is to instigate strife in Iran; which then leads to strong-arm tactics; and then they create more human rights issues.     Watch this video -- it's right there (the group is called Bozkurt):   //www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=123469524399641&comments

BaronAvak

First of all, "Azaris" are

by BaronAvak on

First of all, "Azaris" are not Turks.  They are bi-langual Iranians, who speak Persian, as well as a language referred to as "Azari", which is itself a Persian-Turkish hybrid which has only been the langauge of the area for a few hundred years.  Culturally, ethnically, religiously, historically, Azaris are proud Iranians, and practically all speak Persian.

Second, they are not 24% of Iran.  The whole population of the Azari-majority provinces of Iran (East Azerbaijan, West Azerbaijan, and Ardabil Provinces) is not even 8 million of Iran's 77 million people.  Moreover, those provinces have hundreds of thousands if not more than a million non-Azaris, such as Talysh, Armenians, Kurds, and Assyrians.   Assuming 25% of Tehran's 16 million are Azari, that's another 4 million.   So that's, best case scenario, 12 million Azarbaijanis out of Iran's 77 million,  or 16%.  And not all of them speak Azarbaijani.

L'chaim to the spam propagandists like "Simorgh555", "Roozbeh_Gilani" and "Fred" who care oh-so-much about Azaris in Iran, Kurdish terrorists, the MKO, Lake Urumiyeh, etc.
