by comments on Sun Feb 20, 2011 05:21 PM PSTSincere thanks. Yes, I checked, and your suggested movies are exactly what I was looking for. Believe me, I have been blessed with all Iranians in the US, though I hear otherwise.
Looking for a movie! Att: movie lovers.

These days’ wealthy people have an option of customization of healthcare, with all decisions and practices being tailored to their individuals as patients in whatever ways possible. An example might be that their genes are sequenced and a medication based on that individual need is synthesized.
I am positive that at least there are some science fiction movies had predicted this, and I am looking for the name of one of those movies.

A small help from movie lovers would be appreciated.
by comments on Sun Feb 20, 2011 01:02 PM PSTI am looking for a hollywood movie that predicts/relates the presence of one specific drug for each single person or something similar. Something that demonstrates so called "personalized medicine".
That would be very kind and helpful of you if you could introduce one.
Pathetic gringos!
by payam s on Sun Feb 20, 2011 09:55 AM PSTWhy is it that Anglo-Americans and all Orientalist morons do their best to sexualize every situation they encounter with the "orientals"? The iranian woman is clearly portrayed as a promiscuous slut, there to serve their needs "in more ways than one" and the iranian man who is dirty, fat, and a slimy savage serving their food is there for the same purpose. And since he is a dirty savage, the female would prefer the civilized white christian man who is gentle, intelligent, secular, and of course, handsome. The process of racialzation and gendering is quite clear. Without these inferior beings, these two white men (colonialists in general) cannot exist. Their entire physical, epistemic, and psychological existence and their pathetic confidence and self-esteem is based on what the "other" (their iranian, african, indian subjects) is not, and in turn, what he/she is made to be.

Ian Ogilvy in this clip later went to replace Roger Moore in The New Follow Up to the Saint:
Return of the Saint opening
Return Of The Saint car action
He was at one point seriously considered to succeed Moore as James Bond one of which The Man with the Golden Gun (1974) was initially intended to be shot in Iran but then shot in Asia instead.
