Samsam jan, now I am Falwell , you are Groucho Marx, hah?
by Anahid Hojjati on Sun Jan 09, 2011 03:21 AM PSTDear SamSam, you wrote:"For you to tell me the prankster to lighten up is like Reverand Jerry
Falwell advising Groucho Marx on comedy and that was gem of a humour
:))"
Truth is what you see from my humor is not all. I have a lot more but in this site we also have people like AntiMozakhraf. If I do my humor uncensored, it will be considered Mozakhraf. But if you do the same kind of humor, it is considered comedic genius, at least by yourself. To be honest, I give you credit, you are funnier than me but it is not at the level of me being Falwell and you being Groucho Max. You probably have more experience at being funny too.

by SamSamIIII on Sat Jan 08, 2011 03:31 PM PSTDear; The dude is not funny to me no matter how you rub it for him . For you to tell me the prankster to lighten up is like Reverand Jerry Falwell advising Groucho Marx on comedy and that was gem of a humour :)). If its a bore its a bore & I dont care if its afghani arab or turk or fars or politicaly correct or incorrect . 2 much air time & no dice... But if it does it for ya then more power to you..laugh it out.
Cheers!!!

I just had an interesting phone call
by Anahid Hojjati on Sat Jan 08, 2011 02:38 PM PSTSomeone just called my home number by mistake and she was Afghani, and she started asking me whether I am Mojgan but I started remembering this clip and cracked up and between laughing hard, I had to explain to poor lady that she had the wrong number. She is probably wondering why I was laughing at a wrong number phone call.
Annoying

A joke for you
by maziar 58 on Sat Jan 08, 2011 10:46 AM PSTI guess That's why the whole Banking Industry crashed since every body Is trying to screw the system or each others .
And we all need a few minutes of laughters once in a while.
It beats those bi namak (a joke for you) from our English book in the high school. Maziar
Samsam, lighten up
by Anahid Hojjati on Sat Jan 08, 2011 10:24 AM PSTMy own funny take on communicating with our dear Afghani friends is how at work in elevator, when I chat with them and they ask me "manzele shoma kojast?" and they don't mean my home but which floor I work on. SamSam, funny is funny. The part that I listened to did not contain any insult. I don't know enough about how an Arab dude from Abadan talks but if it were a Brujerdi and they used Lori words in the video, as long as there was no insult, yes, I would laugh.
Two more clips

Samsam, I listened to several minutes of it and it was funny
by Anahid Hojjati on Sat Jan 08, 2011 09:28 AM PSTat least the beginning part was funny but I got busy and did not get to watch 25 minutes of it. I think maybe 25 minutes would become too much but it was funny enough that I am tempted to listen to the rest of it. I am up t the point that quality control guy gets involved.
JJ, tell me how u find this funny
by SamSamIIII on Sat Jan 08, 2011 09:06 AM PSTa 5th grade style crude prank caller with a lotta yelling who basicaly repeats the same boring lines over & over for 25 minutes. Insulting some unsuspecting folks over the phone with run of the mill bi-namak idiocy is hardle funny.
Now if he had called IR embassy & pretended to be Salman Rushdi with paki accent applying for visa it would have been funny..saheb man kerdaheh chahta pusspourt .....Here you have a loner ja**ist in his basement apt with nothing better to do. No wonder you find lokht dar ayneh duet funny too :) & i bet you find my kinda humour unfunny too ;::)).
Cheers!!!
