This is the kind of training; or at least similar to, that Mojahedeen probably gave the women in their organization and I also agree with maziar 58.

No security equipment necessary. This is a very popular cardio exercise in France and some other European countries. Very good, indeed. The correct name is "Parcours du Coeur".........LOl, I wish I were in France now and could do it too
