Yes, usually the video is not convincing enough these days.  But, it is more fun to assume it was stealing.  I didn't quite understand where he placed the book.  Was it close to his heart to have a better connection with God?  I hope it was not too close:)

The Mullah video clip is too short and inconclusive.....maybe the Mullah walked into the store and took the book out of his bag and paid for the book....

Perhaps, he was stealing a bible since we don't have enough free bibles in the world.  Everybody has one, which is supposed to have two or more.

Although Ari brings up valid points I get the feeling he is stealing, the way he acts when he sees people coming in, his body language, and why does he put it in his bag? I mean the book is not so heavy...

But yes as Ari said it would have been better to film him when he was exiting the store. 

Not evidence

Video doesn't show the man walking out of the store without paying for the book. He seems to walk further into the store after he puts the book in his brief case.
