It is not up to the general population to make suggestions about "transportation, water management, agriculture, birth control", etc..... the suggestion of a secular democratic and inclusive system of governance implies that experts (based on merit and not Islamist credo) will be appointed to the posts that would address these issues.

Agha Javid, Your comment goes to the heart of something I've been bringing to the attention of friends in Iran lately. It is not enough to complain and draw attention to things one doesn't like about Iran's government, constructive proposals need to be made for alternatives to specific policies enacted by Iran's government. If a majority of Iranians living in Iran want to scrap Islamic government altogether, they need to make constructive and specific proposals about what a secular government that allows true freedom of religion would do. For all it's faults, the Islamic Republic is a highly organized country, and changing it to allow more freedom for it's citizens requires citizens to also address unglamorous issues like transportation, water management, agriculture, birth control, and poverty in addition to the more exciting and also vital issues such as free speech, women's rights, education, energy and defense.

Wow! I sent Khamenei the verbal attack video of Rafsanjani's daughter on Feb 26......now he talks about the abusive attack! What a co-incidence! We need to send him more videos of Iranians being physically abused by IRI's thugs! Many videos like that on you-tube! This guy is out of touch with reality!
