Los Angeles Times: Police arrested more than 100 people during a night of clashes with Occupy Oakland protesters throughout the city's downtown area. The scene finally cleared after midnight Wednesday, but police were on alert in case crowds returned. Oakland's interim police chief, Howard Jordan, said arrests were continuing and that the total number might rise. Eight-five of those arrests were made Tuesday night, when officers raided the Occupy Oakland encampment on Frank Ogawa Plaza at City Hall, along with an annex in a park near Lake Merritt >>>

"Anti American"? You sound like a damned hillbilly ivangelical. Your lack of knowledge and education speaks volumes to how Fucked up this country has become and how desperately we need to take to the streets and change this place. What does Anti-American mean anyway? If demanding that american gov be accountable to its citizents as opposed to corporate greed, and to demand the end of military adventurism and colonization of other countries to accumulate more stolen wealth for capitalists, and to demand affordable education, healthcare, housing, better work conditions, and cleaner environment, etc. is Anti American, then fine, Fuck your america. We will fight and change your america to how we want it. Without these people in the streets throughout US history, you and your family would be nothing more than an extension of machines, working 18 hrs per day, getting close to nothing in wages, watching your little children vanish under factory labor chanied to machines, and every drop of your life and blood sucked for the accumulation of capital. Educate yourself before you make stupid comments like this. And don't say "We know too well" cause your "WE" is a minority that doesn't know shit. You fool.

Please do not get yourselves involved with this occupy movement - it is an anti American movement orchestrated from Europe, Canada....and supported by Islamists, socialists etc......Many people who were behind the Iranian revolution (in Europe and in USA - ala Brezizinsky, Soros...)are also behind this movement.   In fact anytime you see Islamists and leftists join forces...know there is something fishy..........This movement is trying to appeal to people's greed, and free-loafing attitudes....remember Ab ra majani mikonim - Bargh ra majani mikonim..?!!   There is a lot of greed in USA and a ton wrong with Wall Street - but these people have a destructive agenda - we know too well
