The more things change the more things stay the same. During the Shah's era, floods like this were prevalent and a cause of much ridicule and commentary about, how hard is it to manage the infrastructure to prevent flooding like this.

Poor Qalibaf

Was not long a go when Qalibaf put an ad for people vote on him to be worlds best mayor. He can kiss that title goodbye now. I think people in Tehran generally like his work with green area and garbage collection but this  was a disaster.

IRI producing one of the worst life expectancies and qualities of life is like the cherry on top of the cake.

Stealing, lying, raping, torturing and murdering all their lives until they die with total immunity to justice this is the face of the IRI, which the IRI tries to hide.  The west helping bring to power corrupt authorities for Iran, no wonder the USA/UK/France/Israel in practice love the IRI for Iran, while pretending they oppose it to their own people and the world.  Hopefully enough Iranians think to question whether the Wests true agenda for Iran is any better than it is for Africa and wish to do something different enough to not enable the west to do any more harm.  Lets raise one anothers conscience so we never get manipulated like we did in 1979 at the hands of the west in partnership with our own ill/sick people.
