Whatta refreshing drink it is in summer time. But it's scary how much sugar is in that thing :)

Romaine lettuce & sekanjebin in summer! Bah! Bah! Yum! Yum!

I like to dip cold lettuce in sekanjebin and eat it in a warm summer afternoon, not as a cold drink.  I prefer cherry syrup and cold water (sharbat albaloo) as a cold drink!

Also, as a dip for romaine lettuce you can skip the mint and coloring. 

Everything is sacred
