If regime wanted to break.. tens of thousands of hearts in an instant.. and spread more tyranny of thought and suppress freedom of expression beyond its borders, they could focus on entertainment and satire to hammer peoples last hopes out of them. In Iran they never cared about the youth so they have nothing to lose by doing so, its already deeply personal.
