This is check check in YAZD province. About 40 KM out of Ardakaan, in the way of Haamaaneh.

A few years back I visited Esfahan. My guide was a retired high school teacher and a history buff. He showed me as many historical places in Esfahan as he could in one day. He also took me to a historical Zoroastrian site, not in those pictures, on top of the mountain in Esfahan ( I am sorry I can't remember the name). As we were going up I saw an ugly water tower just right next to the path. I asked my guide, well Mullahs have done it again by constructing such a ugly site next to such a beautiful and historic site. He said he wished he could tell me yes because he wasn't satisfied with the current regime but this ugly water tower was built during Pahlavi bloody period. Although he was older than me I couldn't keep up with him climbing the mountain and I gave up  half way through. I am sorry I did. Foad
