Photo essay: Residential community in Tequisquiapan, Mexico

by Jahanshah Javid

After breakfast, I asked the waiter what else is there to see other than the main plaza? In his broken English he said 10-minutes walk away there were some nice homes in a community near the river. Nice homes? Okay. I was reluctant but had nothing better to do. When I got there I was so grateful. So charmed.

Following the traces of a beautiful noise...

I like to
discover that
bashful behaviour,
and always
my mind appears
in the light
with a luminous
lantern now
recalling a spell.

Jahanshah jan,

I really loved your colorful and beautiful pictures of Tequisquiapan, the place looks really cool. It reminded me of Guadalajara and the gol kaghazi reminded me of Abadan!

It seems like the place has air of permanence and they plan to be there a long time.

Enjoy the rest of your trip.
