Photo essay: UNESCO exhibit in Paris

by Orang Gholikhani

It is an august hot day in Paris and nobody in streets, except tourists and me! I was walking by the way and find this photography exposition of Patrick De Wilde in front of Unesco building. I'd like to share it with Iranian.com bloggers.

Thanks for your kind words.

The real photographe is De Wilde. I'd love poetography word :-) I catch what I could to share with others. I've no technical photographic skill.

Paris without "Parisiennes"

by Azarin Sadegh on

I remember Paris in August. Busy and quiet at the same time! The best part about it...the missing Parisiennes..:-)

Loved the photos! Azarin

PS: You should patent it my dear Ebi! "Poetography", such a wonderful new word!

Poetic!

by Party Girl on

This is what happens when you hand a poet a camera--poetic photography!  It was nice seeing Paris on a quiet August Sunday through your eyes, Orang.  Strangely enough, I liked those pictures where the written words on the signs were 'experiencing' the shadows off the leafy trees!  I enjoyed the dance of shadows and sunlight on the words and the combined effect.  Thank you!
