My only problem is, Mousavi means more of bastard Rafsanjani?
by gol-dust on Sun Jul 12, 2009 09:12 PM PDTAs bad as ahamdinejad is, who is supporing Mousavi? Rafsanjani, who is the most corrupt person in Iran is behind this coup. How can I trust this man who is only after his own family interests? Could it be because ahmadinejad didn't let him to steal as much?
Our choices are between a religious dictator and a corrupt and super wealthy politician? I am against both! May be one more than the other, but I wish I had real choice. Is Mousavi being used by him too?
I remember in 79 when I asked one of my college classmates - who would be replacing the shah? he said: anyone would be better than what we have. Of course, you know the answer! I just don't want to fall in the same trap!
Mousavi is part of the Rafsanjani political machine and that scares me thinking that they might be playing with us and using us to achieve their own persoanl goals, not ours.
I say this, even though my nephew is currently being held in evin, and my entire family supports mousavi. However, I couldn't ask them the hard question on the phone due to security concerns.. Just a thought.
Yep
