Unrelated to the subject here But do this and it seriously works I have done the same about all my other urges...

Next time you get the urge to smoke just close your eyes. Picture a cigarette that is sitting right in front of you, you are looking at it, yet making a contiencious decision so as not to smoke it. In a way i guess it strenghtens the expression of will power in you. It worked on me. Try it. got nothing to lose.
