Hate mongers need not legitimacy
I see much blogs by various people that are nothing but spreading hate. Some do it in a more subtle way, yet consistently without missing a beat in daily allowance of two-blog-a-day.
Others are not so subtle and the hate is clear as a day-light as we see here
I hope we can give them the clearest response by NOT engaging with them in conversation/comment as this only gives them the legitimacy and attention they seek.

JJ is too soft on these guys
by Onlyiran on Fri Nov 11, 2011 02:20 PM PSTIF it's the Nur guy, he should immediately be blocked. That guy has been blocked more times than anyone else. Some people deserve a second chance, but this guy just keeps showing up under different usernames, and every single time it's the same. He abuses someone and gets blocked again. Why allow him back? No site will allow a disaster like this to go on.
I don't like threats
by rtayebi1 on Fri Nov 11, 2011 02:29 PM PSTI left a comment for him, and did let him know where I live. I am too strong and too old to be terrorized by anyone.

by Truthseeker9 on Fri Nov 11, 2011 02:12 PM PSTI can't be 100%, but it is his style. "111" at the end of the name as well. He seems to be angry with JJ and I don't think he ever considers the repercussion of his actions. But please don't take him seriously, I think he is just fooling around or on a trip. And I don't mean the travelling type.
"Anonymous" my rear end!
by Onlyiran on Fri Nov 11, 2011 01:56 PM PSTThis guy probably cleans the toilets at the Anonymous headquarters!! In any evet, I agree that this is an act of terrorism that should be reported.
Also, I find it fascinating how these people see the world. They see it through an Israel prsim. Everything in the world, everything that happens in Iran, everything on this planet, is somehow related to "Zionists." It's a giant bubble that they have created for themselves that they cannot get out off even if they want to. It's fascinating how an Iranian can be so obsessed with a country and an affair that shouldn't have anything to do with us. But unfortunately, our entire country is being ruled by the likes of this nut job. Hence, we are at the brink of war with Israel over what? Ghods? Palestine? 32 years of chanting "marg bar esraeel?"
Truthseeker9, are you sure that this is the "Nur" guy? If so, he lives in Australia, and Australia has a lot of security agreements with the U.S. regarding terrorism. I'm sure he will be prosecuted in Australia as well for cyber terrorism if he is reported. That again is IF this is the guy.
Appreciate every one's comment...
by Bavafa on Fri Nov 11, 2011 01:09 PM PSTOn a different note, if anyone knows how to get a video on the front page or more exposure to, I would appreciate it to help out. If you have not seen this, I highly recommend it. This is the story of what I would consider ordinary people, paying extra-ordinary cost for having an opinion, nothing new or that we don't know about, yet more complete and put together in a very great way

Last time he made some very strange comments about IC:

Articulating an explicit Evangelical Christian fundamentaist agenda on this site. The fact that the political rhetoric on this site is predominantly rightwing pro-American establishment, and even Neo-Con, should give anyone pause for reflection as to the hands behind this site.
He is just p*ssing around OR still has stuff from last night circulating in his bloodstream ... :)
I actually think that he is an old /regular who set up this ID
by Anonymous Observer on Fri Nov 11, 2011 01:22 PM PSTjust to harass me, and now s/he has become brazen when s/he saw that she could get away with her conduct. If you look at when the ID was registered, it was at the time that I had written my next to last blog. S/he immediately left a pesonal attack comment on my blog, and ever since has been chasing me from thread to thread, and was the first one to leave another profanity filled comment on my latest blog, which was deleted. I think I know who it is. S/he has a couple of other usernames too. This one is set up just to harass and is "disposable."
Still a terrorist threat though, and should be taken seriously. In fact, I think that the FBI may be able to request the person's identity from the ISP without a warrant under the Patriot Act.
The problem with "cyber terrorists"
by Roozbeh_Gilani on Fri Nov 11, 2011 12:41 PM PSTIs that they believe that by hiding behind a multitude of user ID's or IP addresses, they become untraceable, and can spread their message of hatred with immunity.
WRONG!
These threaths of cyber terror are actually being taken very seriously and in certain countries, the site owners are required by law to report these kind of cyber threats.

by Cost-of-Progress on Fri Nov 11, 2011 12:33 PM PSTpiss ant islamist. I did bother to leave a comment there just to tell these people that they cannot continue to terrorize Iranians inside and outside Iran. As I frequently point out, with Iranians like this, who needs foriegners as "enemies"?
I believe it's a disgruntled previous poster/blogger. I wanna say Capitan Porfossor for some reason. There are many others though.

Correct - This is a terrorist threat
by Anonymous Observer on Fri Nov 11, 2011 12:26 PM PSTBoth Mehrdad and MM are correct. The blog referred to is a cyber terrorist threat that threatens to attack this site for ideological reasons and to bring it down. It should not be ignored.
JJ- While I understand your love for free speech, this goes way beyond free speech. This is an explicit terrorist threat. I urge you to report the IP address to the FBI. They will take it seriously.

MM and others
by Veiled Prophet of Khorasan on Fri Nov 11, 2011 12:04 PM PSTRemember IP addresses may easily be faked or disguised. The only realistic option is to ban a user or remove their blog. However Mehrdad has the best idea do not engage. If you do not then the blog gets no attention and is gone.
I did not even know about it before I read this blog :-) Because when I see you or Mehrdad I read the posts. You may be giving the person free publicity. Which I am sure is not your goal but that may be the result.
admin - pls determine source/ip of blog Mehrdad is referring to
by MM on Fri Nov 11, 2011 11:38 AM PSTAdmin,
The blog that Mehrdad is referring to (see here) is not only a hate blog, but a threatenting blog and ip/source need to be identified and reported. I did not bother leave a message there in order not to attract any more attention to it than what it is getting now.
Dear Bavafa, thanks for your blog
by Anahid Hojjati on Fri Nov 11, 2011 11:21 AM PSTthe blog that you referred to was alarming when i read it. ic needs bloggers like you who keep your cool. i think level of passion and expression of it is going to even go higher than this.
agreed - max one comment and let's leave them w/ their hate
by MM on Fri Nov 11, 2011 11:20 AM PSTsome, I don't even bother
