Every single person has contributed so immensely to this site, some with the intellect, some with the passion, some with their cool collected head, some with their sweet personalities[yourself] and some with pure love of one subject or the other .
Excellent job banoo Dadvar and my vote goes to Ms. Parsi and Ms. Dadvar for the sweetest of all personalities.

by Faramarz on Fri Mar 19, 2010 10:59 AM PDTSouri Jaan,
Thanks for the honor. I am not worthy!
I am a big fan of your poetry and postings and now you are the coolest too!
I agree entirely with your list. I would also acknowledge Anonymoush for his funny stuff and Temporary Bride for her writing style and the detailed descriptions of “small town Iran”
Now, there are a few other categories that we may want to consider for voting and recognition. We could have male, female and supporting role nominations, like the Oscars. And since there are non-Farsi speaking participants, we could have a Foreign category too.
Here are some of the categories. The Person;
- Banned the Most Times from the Site
- Consistently Missing the Point of the Blog
- Best Avatar
- Most Likely to Have Something to Say about Anything
- Most Number of Parasit per Day
Get your votes in and vote early and often!
Dear Mina, thanks for naming me to your list
by Anahid Hojjati on Fri Mar 19, 2010 10:56 AM PDTMina jan, your list includes so many great writers like Ari for most knowledgeable or Monda for most compassionate. Here are some of my additional favorites or comments about those you already have on your list:
I find Mr. Saadat Noury very knowledgeable. I also learn from Azadeh Azad and Souri. Flying Solo's stories are great. Passion of MM, Ramin Tork and David ET for human rights in Iran is inspiring. Yolanda and Samad write funny comments.
I have to mention excellent political analysis by "Hossein Bagherzadeh". My favorite Abadanis are JJ, MPD, and Divaneh. Anonymouse is great writer and I enjoyed his Haji Agha series. There are so many great writers on this site and it is really difficult to pick. I hope everyone has a great NowRuz.
