22 Bahman: developing news

Thirty one years after the Islamic Revolution, two forces inside Iran come face to face tomorrow, February 11, 2010. The Iranian regime, which has increasingly been the sole celebrator of 22 Bahman, is trying with all its might to show this day and its related "celebrations" as evidence of its legitimacy and Iranian people's commitment to the Islamic Republic of Iran, despite appearances. Iranian protesters who have been denied legal permits for their gatherings to object to elections fraud and subsequent violence on protesters, are planning to take over this public gathering, much as they have every other government supported occasion since June, 2009.
By all accounts, the government has done its best to enlist and summon its supporters to its Tehran gathering, using intimidation and threats to keep the protesters at home, bringing internet services to a hault, lining main streets with loudspeakers to drone out voices of the protesters, switching plastic garbage dumpsters (flammable ones) with metal ones to keep the protesters from using them as barricades, and closing in Azadi Square for more effective crowd control, among other things.
For their part, the protesters have said in Tweets and blogs that they would not be deterred. They are planning to show up and to be heard again.
The sad murders of Iranians on Tehran streets whenever there has been a large protest over the past seven months has been no small matter. Nobody looks forward to more violence and it is everyone's sincere hope that no other Iranian dies during the protests or after. We cannot stop the violence Islamic Republic of Iran is able and willing to unleash on the unarmed Iranian protesters. All we can do is to share what information we get about the events with others. Let us not be indifferent. Let us make the voices of those defenseless people on Tehran streets heard by the rest of the world.

Terrible fights in Azadi Square
by Azadeh Azad on Wed Feb 10, 2010 11:26 PM PSTGreen people are gathered in Haft-e Tir and Vali-Asr Squres, not many Basijis have remained there. They have all gone to Azadi Square where terrible fights have broken out between them and the green people.
In Naderi Street in Ahvaz, people have gathered.
Helicopters are over Sadeqieh Square.
By 10:30 am in Tehran, the number of green people is much higher than that of Basijis and police.
In Emam-Hossein Square, there are many Green people who are gathering and intend to go to Azadi Square.

- الله و اكبر در صادقيه
- اولین درگیریهای منجر به شلیک گاز اشک آور در میدان انقلاب و آریا شهر تهران
- گزارش‌های تایید نشده از حضور مهدی کروبی در میان جمعیت
- حضور گسترده مردم با سكوت در آريا شهر
- فلکه دوم صادقيه همچنان مملو از سبزهاست و جمعيت در انتظار مهدي کروبي با شعار مهدي بيا مهدي بيا
- احمدی‌نژاد به میدان آزادی رسیده است
- تبريز: فضا كاملا امنيتي است. جلوي دانشگاه چند ون گارد ويژه ايستاده‌اند
- در ضلع شرفي ميدان آزادي هم اكنون مردم شعار مي دهند ايراني باغيرت حمايت حمايت پنج شنبه ساعت
- بسيجي ها با موتور و پرجم ايران به دست دارند در خط ويژه اتوبوس حرکت می‌کنند
- خودروهای ضد شورش چینی ابتدای خیابان جام جم رو نمائی شدند.

- تبريز: از جهارراه آبرسان تا خيابان جام جم پر از نيروي گارد ويژه است
- تعداد زیادی از سبزها هم فلکه دوم صادقيه جمع شدند
- آزادی؛ مملو از جمعیت: ميدان آزادي ساعتي قبل از شروع مراسم با حضور بي‌سابقه مردم مملو از جمعيت
- بلوار كشاورز- بيمارستان آريا تا فلسطين، موتورهاي يگانويژه، وانت‌ها از نيرو آماده باتوم و گاز اشك‌آور
- هنوز از درگیری خبری نیست، اما می‌توان انتظارش را در فلکه دوم صادقیه کشید
- خيابان‌هاي اطراف ميدان صادقيه هم مامور موتورسوار چیدند
- از تبریز خبر میرسد تعداد زیادی از مردم در بازار و خیابانهای اصلی به قصد تظاهرات جمع شده اند
- پل سید خندان مقابل دانشگاه خواجه نصیر جمعیت زیادی در حال حرکت هست
- ضلع شرقی میدان آزادی شاهدتعدادی ازمردم است و شعارمیدهندما بی شماریم.صدای بلندگوها بلنداست
- جمعیت زیادی در فلکه دوم صادقیه در حال تجمع هستند. بسیجی ها و لباس شخصیها با اتوبوس به آزادی برده شدند
- بسیاری از طرفداران دولت در میدان آزادی پیشاپیش مستقر شده‌اند
- خودروهای ضد شورش چینی در ابتدای خیابان جام جم رو نمائی شدند.ظاهرا امروز قرار است از این خودروهای سرکوب علیه مردم استفاده شود
- خيابان بلوار كشاورز از بيمارستان آريا تا خيابان فلسطين، موتورهاي يگانويژه، وانتهاي پر از نيروي آماده‌باش
- خيابان انقلاب از خيابان ۱۶ آذر تا چهاراه وليعصر ماموران نيروي انتظامي و سياه‌پوش هاي موتور سوار و پياده مستقرند
- ضلع شرقی میدان آزادی گروهی از مردم شعار میدهند «ما بی شماریم»
- ضلع شرقی میدان آزادی مردم شعار می دهند ایرانی باغیرت حمایت حمایت
- خيابان‌هاي منتهي به ميدان آزادي نيروي انتظامي معمولي ايستاده و پر از ماشين با پرچم ايران است
- در میدان سعادت آباد نیروی انتظامی بدلایل نامعلومی دو وانت بسیجیان را متوقف کرد و با آنها برخورد نموده
-حضور بسیار گسترده نیروهای امنیتی در خیابان کارگر در شمال میدان انقلاب
-ساعت ۱۰:۰۶ به وقت تهران- محمود احمدی‌نژاد وارد میدان آزادی شد. تصاویر زنده از صداوسیما دقایقی قبل صحنه‌هایی از حضور احمدی‌نژاد را در خیابان آزادی تهران نشان داد
-مهدی كروبی در آريا شهر در ميان مردم است
-به گفته‌ی بعضی از منابع در فیسبوک و توییتر- ماموران سرکوب کروبی را سوار خودروی امنیتی کرده و برده‌اند

شبکه جنبش راه سبز (جرس): هزاران هزار نفر از هواداران جنبش سبز در میدان دوم صادقیه تجمع کرده اد و منتظر حضور مهدی کروبی برای آغاز حرکت به سمت میدان آزادی هستد.
خبرنگار جرس جمعیت سبز حاضر در میدان را بسیار انبوه مخابره کرده است و می افزاید " تمام میدان و خیابانهای منتهی به میدان صادقیه را جمعیت سبز در برگرفته است و حضور نیروهای نظامی نیز بسیار چشمگیر است."
جمعیت سبز همچنین شعارهایی در حمایت از رهبران جنبش سبز سر می دهد و از آنجمله "مهدی بیا، مهدی بیا" که اشاره به حضور مهدی کروبی و انتظار آنها دارد.

خیل یکپارچه جمعیت سبز در فلکه دوم میدان صادقیه، خیابان امیرآباد و نیز مسیر اصلی راهپیمایی خبرنگاران صداوسیما را دچار بهت و دستپاچگی کرده است. به گزارش ندای سبز آزادی، خبرنگاران دولتی که برای پوشش اخبار به خیابانهای شهر فرستاده شده‌اند تا کنون به جز چند تصویر محدود و شات بسته از راهپیمایان حامی دولت کودتا در میدان نواب چیز دیگری دستگیرشان نشده است.
همچنین سایت مردمک نوشته است که از دقایقی پیش شبکه دوم تلویزیون تمام تلاش خود را به کار گرفته است تا پوشش خبری خوبی از سطح شهر تهران داشته باشد که البته نتیجه آن صرفا چند نمای بسته از خیابانها و نه میدان آزادی بوده است.
شبکه اول سیما نیز به همین نماهای بسته تا به این لحظه اکتفا کرده است.

Green people are ignoring Basijis

Vali-Asr Square is occupied by the Basijis as well, but green people are gathering there too.
Also, many Green people have occupied Azadi Sq, although this square is full of Basijis.
In north of Africa Street in Tehran, helicopters have been seen and heard.
Iranian State TV, Seda-va-Sima is showning Ahmadi-Nejad in Azadi Square around 10:00 am.
Vesal-Siraz street is occupied by the police.
In Aria-Shar towards the Metro and in other places, people were gathering in silence. But Basijis used tear gas on them as they began chanting Allah-o-Akbar.
Many people are chanting anti-IRI slogans in front of "Imam Khomeini" Hospital.

توزيع اجناسي از قبيل گوشت و مرغ و برنج بين مردم چند ساعت قبل از 22 بهمن يكي از روشهاي نظام براي مقابله با شركت مردم در تظاهرات اعتراضي و گسيل آنها به تظاهرات نمايشي خودش مي باشد
